Hollister resident
Miriam M. Morris died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2003 at Mabie Skilled Nursing Facility in Hollister. She was 98.
Mrs. Morris was born in Iowa and moved to Hollister from Saratoga 10 years ago to be near her daughter. She graduated from Whittier College and the University of Washington.
She is survived by her daughter, Marianne Price of Tres Pinos; her grandchildren, Kelly Graham of Tres Pinos, Eric Price of Soquel and Stephen Price of Sausalito; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Oakley Morris, in 1965; and her grandson, Scott Price.
Burial at sea off the coast of San Francisco will be private. Arrangements and cremation are through Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home and Gavilan Hills Crematory.
Memorials are preferred to Hospice.
