San Benito County Judge Steven Sanders
Richard Luke Garcia, 29, of Hollister, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $650 for misdemeanor false imprisonment.
Leo Lemuel Reynoso, 27, of Hollister, was sentenced to 65 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $2,616 for misdemeanor driving under the influence with a prior conviction.
Gerardo Gayosso, 29, of Hollister, was sentenced to one year of probation and fined $1,680 for misdemeanor wet reckless driving.
Samuel B. Canela, 21, of Hollister, was sentenced to 20 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $100 for resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and vandalism, a misdemeanor.

Rafael Cordero Serna, 32, of Hollister, was sentenced to 35 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $650 for misdemeanor battery.
Agustin Cordova Cazola, 58, of Hollister, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail, four years of probation and fined $460 for misdemeanor inflicting injury upon a child.
Juan Carlos Orozco, 25, of San Jose, was sentenced to 20 days in jail, three years of probation and fined $1,990 for drunken driving with a prior conviction, a misdemeanor, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.
Civil Lawsuits
Leonardo Imatani vs. Jose Jimenez and Lizsette Jimenez, alleging personal injury and property damage on Feb. 20. The suit seeks damages from $10,000 to $25,000.
Billie Joe Huber vs. Jose Ramirez, alleging fraud on Feb. 21. The suit seeks damages of more than $25,000.
