Katie Fancher filed a civil suit against Reagan Tully, Shirley Frusetta Tully, Leslie Frusetta Goss, Peter Frusetta and Zin Zan Inc. in a complaint for damages alleging fraud on Feb. 1. The suit seeks an unspecified amount in damages more than $25,000.

Convictions
Robert Morales Alvarez, of Hollister, was sentenced Wednesday by San Benito County Superior Court Judge Steven Sanders to 120 days in county jail and five years of formal probation and fined $2,500 for felony growing of marijuana and sales of marijuana, according to court documents.
John Anthony Ballesteros Jr., of Hollister, was sentenced Wednesday by Sanders to two years in state prison for possession of a controlled substance with a prior felony, according to court documents.
George Cabrera, of Hollister, was sentenced Wednesday by Sanders to three years of Proposition 36 probation and fined $1,200 for possessing a controlled substance, a felony, and contempt of court, a misdemeanor, according to court documents.
