Criminal Sentencings
San Benito County Judge Steven Sanders
Jesus Renteria, 39, of San Juan Bautista, was sentenced to 20 days in county jail and three years of probation, and fined $650 for threats, a misdemeanor.
Janette Soberanes, 27, of El Centro, was sentenced to one year of probation for willfully obtaining personal identifying information, a misdemeanor.
Justin Robert Jewett, 18, of Hollister, was sentenced to three months in a first-time offender DUI program, one year of a suspended license and one year of probation, and fined $1,200 for wet reckless, a misdemeanor.
George Jeager, 52, of Salinas, was sentenced to 20 days in county jail and two years of probation, and fined $480 for trespassing, a misdemeanor.
San Benito County Judge Thomas P. Breen
Eliaser Escaname Jr., 23, of Hollister, was sentenced to 20 days in county jail and two years of probation, and fined $250 for violating a court order to prevent domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
Stephanie Elizabeth Allen, 40, of Hollister, was sentenced to one year of probation and fined $100 for false identification to a peace officer, a misdemeanor.
