San Benito County Judge Steven Sanders

Celso Gonzalez, 27, of Hollister, was sentenced to 50 days in county jail, three years of a restricted license and three years of probation, and fined $2,682 for misdemeanor drunken driving with a prior.

Matthew Ryan Pierce, 41, Rosemond, Calif., was sentenced to 15 days in county jail and three years of probation, and fined $480 for misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession.

Jose Cruz Vedeja, 47, of Hollister, was sentenced to 10 days in county jail and one year of probation, and fined $480 for misdemeanor disturbing the peace.

Karin Kristine Ordonez, 41, Hollister, was sentenced to three years in state prison for felony drug possession with a prior.

Hector Miguel Esparza Medina, 20, of Hollister, was sentenced to five days in county jail, three months in a first-time offender DUI program, one year of a suspended license and three years of probation, and fined $1,890 for misdemeanor drunken driving as a minor.

Abel Diaz Beltran, 45, of San Jose, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail, nine months in a first-time offender DUI program and three years of probation, and fined $1,890 for misdemeanor drunken driving.

Terry Cox, 48, of Dos Palos, was sentenced to 20 days in county jail and three years of probation, and fined $100 for misdemeanor resisting arrest.

Belia Dolly Garcia, 37, of Hollister, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail and one year of probation, and fined $480 for violation of probation.

Alan Bruce Crisp, 45, of Hollister, was sentenced to 105 days in county jail and three years of probation, and fined $1,190 for misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession, drug possession and driving on a suspended license.

Corey Janic, 19, of Hollister, was sentenced to 120 days in county jail and three years of probation, and fined $1,900 for felony receiving stolen property.

Yvonne Baker, 23, of Hollister, was sentenced to three years of Proposition 36 probation for felony drug possession.

John Nathaniel Hearne, 26, was sentenced to 100 days in county jail and three years of probation, and fined $2,250 for misdemeanor driving under the influence, being under the influence of drugs and driving on a suspended license.

Civil Lawsuits

The People of the State of California claimed $7,090 in cash from Joshua Flores in an asset forfeiture.
