San Benito County Judge Steven Sanders
Evangelina Gallardo, 51, of Hollister, was sentenced to 25 days in county jail, three years of probation, nine months in a first-time offender DUI program and fined $1,800 for misdemeanor driving under the influence and drunken driving.
Gamaliel Guido, 36, of Santa Cruz, was sentenced to 30 days in county jail, three years of probation, 18 months in a second-time offender DUI program and fined $2,208 for misdemeanor driving under the influence and drunken driving.
Antonio Romero Campa, 48, of San Jose, was sentenced to 80 hours of community service, two years of probation and fined $700 for misdemeanor making annoying phone calls.
Gabriel Antonio Rodriguez, 30, of Hollister, was sentenced to 10 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $650 for misdemeanor domestic violence.
Ernesto Lendechy, 32, of Hollister, was sentenced to 60 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $650 for misdemeanor threatening a crime with intent to terrorize and domestic violence.
Angel Fernando Fuentes, 22, of Hollister, was sentenced to 75 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $460 for misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon causing great bodily injury.
Jacob John Hall, 21, of Hollister, was sentenced to three years of Proposition 36 probation and fined $1,500 for felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Daniel Patrick Kostielney, 24, of Hollister, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $650 for misdemeanor domestic violence.
Santiago Ramirez, 38, of Watsonville, was sentenced to 45 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $2,616 for misdemeanor driving under the influence and drunken driving.
Julio Cesar Garcia Vargas, 23, of Salinas, was sentenced to 30 days in county jail, 18 months in a second-time offender DUI program, three years probation and fined $2,208 for misdemeanor driving under the influence and drunken driving.
