DRIVE-BY SHOOTING: Hollister police responded to a report of a drive-by shooting at Dacia Perez's home at 950 Nash Road around 2 a.m. Monday. Three shots were fired from a .38 Special or a .357 Magnum, which went through her front door and lodged in the walls of her home. Neither Perez or her two children, who were sleeping at the time of the incident, were injured. The incident is presumed not to be gang-related and is still under investigation.
