Christina M Merjil, a San Benito High School graduate, married Thomas Barbeiro on Aug. 15 at the California Maritime Academy in Vallejo. Merjil attended SBHS and then Gavilan College in Gilroy. She is a human resources specialist for Sephora in San Francisco. Her parents are Cristóbal and Angelina Merjil of Golden Valley, Ariz. Barbeiro is construction manager and cost engineer for Synergy Project Management in San Francisco. His parents, Eugene and Katharine Barbeiro, both have passed away.
