Nicholas Morgan Sparrer died Saturday, Oct. 18 at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto. He was a newborn baby.

Nicholas was born at St. Louise Hospital in Gilroy.

He is survived by his parents Tim and Susan Sparrer of Hollister; sisters Kimberly and Ashley Sparrer of Hollister; paternal grandparents Max and Debbie Sparrer Sr. of Hollister; maternal grandparents Mary and Bill Faria of San Juan Bautista; paternal great-grandmother Ann Sparrer of San Jose; paternal great-grandmother Eleanor Prentiss of Washington; aunts and unlces Max and Terri Sparrer Jr. of Hollister and Rose and Joe Carvalho of Hollister. He is also survived by numerous additional aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private graveside services will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Hollister. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home in Hollister.
