Youth Basketball
North American Youth Sports has openings in the annual spring basketball tournament held in Richmond on April 16-18.
There are ten different brackets in grades 5-12. The entry fee is $120 and guarantees each team a minimum of two games. Details: Call 1-800-787-3265.
Golf fund-raiser
Economic Development of San Benito County will be holding its 15 annual golf tournament at Ridgemark on April 16.
There is a noon shotgun start, and check-in time begins at 10:30 a.m. The format is a four-person scramble, and there are three flights. The entry fee is $125 and includes the green fee, a box lunch, door prizes and contests.

Hollister Youth Football and Cheer teams have been completely filled by mail-in registrations.
However, wait lists are still open for the following groups: 12 to 14 years old: (95 to 145 pounds), 15 years old (95 to 125 pounds), 12 to 14 years old (95 to 145 pounds) and 15 years old (95 to 125 pounds)
