Penny Le Yates November 13, 1957 – January 1, 2014

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 11th, 2014, at 1:00P.M., Oakhurst Community Center 39800 Road 425B, Oakhurst, CA 93644.
 Penny Yates, 56, longtime Gilroy resident, died this last week with her family by her side.
 Penny was postmaster of Gilroy for almost 20 years. In her years of service she made an impact on the community with her kindness and professionalism.
 Penny loved animals and rescued and found homes for dozens of stray cats.
 She is survived by her husband Mark, and brother Mark, and her eight rescued cats.
