POSSESSION OF DRUGS:
Carlos Trejo, 26, of 810 Feather Ct. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for a misdemeanor warrant, for possession of a controlled substance, bringing drugs into the county jail, felonies, and being under the influence of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, in the 900 block of San Benito Street at 2:30am on Wednesday, police said.
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON:
Unknown suspects shot a 17-year-old Hollister male in the head with a yellow paint ball pellet at 9:13pm on Wednesday as he was walking in the area of Monterey and Hawkins streets, police said. He was leaving a San Benito High School basketball game, and was taken to Hazel Hawkins Hospital for treatment, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
