DOMESTIC VIOLENCE:

Greg William Rapp, 42, of 1201 Kimberly Ct. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police in the 1200 block of Kimberly Court at 10:16am on Tuesday for domestic violence, a felony, after he allegedly grabbed a female he has a relationship with, who complained of pain to her wrist, police said.

ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON:

Samuel Beltran, 26, of 1555 San Juan Rd. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police in the 1500 block of San Juan Road at 8:50pm on Tuesday for assault with a deadly weapon, a felony, after he allegedly hit a female co-worker with a wooden board, causing a large wound on her arm, police said.

INFLICTING INJURY TO A CHILD:

Thomasita Gabriella Zuniga, 43, of 660 Westside Blvd., was arrested by Hollister police in the 600 block of Westside Boulevard at 4:30pm on Monday for inflicting injury to a child, a felony, after she hit a 12-year-old boy with a belt sometime between Thursday and Monday, causing a bruise to his thigh, police said.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC:

Andre Steven Garcia, 18, of 841 Line St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for being drunk in public, a misdemeanor, at 2:40am at South and Line streets on Sunday, police said.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:

Elias Bedolla, 36, of 2790 Cienega Rd. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, misdemeanors, at Sixth and Monterey streets at 8:34pm on Sunday, police said.

Eugene Popok, 26, of Studio City, Ca, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol for driving under the influence and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana, misdemeanors, on Highway 156 west of Union Road at 11:55pm on Monday, police said.

FORGED PRESCRIPTION:

Gabriel Rodarte Escobedo, 42, and Donna Saenz Escobedo, 34, of 1491 Gabilan Drive in Hollister, were arrested by Hollister police on Sunnyslope Road at 2:50pm on Monday for altering a valid prescription from a doctor, a felony, and using it at the Rite Aid pharmacy, police said.

CAR BURGLARY:

Unknown suspects broke into a blue 2002 Chevy S10 pickup truck in the 400 block of Chappell Road sometime between Thursday, Oct. 14 and Friday, Oct. 15 and stole $200 worth of electronics, police said.

Everyone named is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
