BATTERY:
A 14-year-old Hollister female and a 13-year-old Hollister female were cited by Hollister police for battery, misdemeanors, for fighting each other on Tuesday between noon and 1pm at Marguerite Maze School, police said. Neither girl was injured, police said.
VIOLATION OF COURT ORDER:
Lester Ashcraft, 36, of 61 Verde Circle in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for violation of a restraining order, a misdemeanor, at 6:50pm on Verde Circle on Tuesday, police said.
Robert Montoya Pedregon, 46, a transient, was arrested by Hollister police for violating a restraining order, a misdemeanor, in the 800 block of Central Avenue at 1am on Wednesday, police said.
BATTERY TO A CHILD:
n Michelle Jane Williams, 42, a transient, was arrested by Hollister police for battery, a misdemeanor, after she slapped an adult female and slapped a 4-year-old child in the 2400 block of Valley View Road at 11:30pm on Tuesday, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
