INDECENT EXPOSURE:
Daniel Lopez Ramirez, 23, of 1111 Trieste Dr. in Hollister, was arrested by police for indecent exposure, a misdemeanor, at Fourth and Line streets at 2pm on Sunday, police said. Ramirez allegedly exposed himself to a woman in a shopping center in the 1700 block of Airline Highway on Oct. 28, police said. She was shocked so she kicked him and he got into his car and left, police said. The woman saw him on Sunday as she was driving in the area of Fourth and Line streets, called police and he was arrested, police said.
CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON:
Warren Dale Brower, 49, of Santa Nella, was arrested by Hollister police for carrying a concealed .40 caliber handgun in a vehicle, a misdemeanor, in the 2100 block of Sunnyslope Road at 6:57pm on Friday, police said.
BATTERY:
An unknown Hispanic male dressed all in black punched a woman in the face after trying to push his way into her home located in the 600 block of Calais Street at 11:19am on Friday, police said. The man rang her doorbell and asked for ‘John’ when she answered, but when she noticed he was dressed all in black and wearing black gloves she tried to close the door and he reached in and punched her. She then ran past the man into her front yard, screaming she was going to call 911. She saw another man dressed all in black on the sidewalk in front of her house and two men dressed the same way down the street. When she began screaming all four men took off running, police said. Police don’t believe the incident is gang-related.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
