DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:
Jesus Roberto Ramirez Celis, 22, of Sunnyvale, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol for driving under the influence and driving without a license, misdemeanors, on Highway 101 at Betabel Road at 11:15pm on Sunday, police said.
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON:
Eli James Valencia, 28, of 60 Los Altos Dr. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police at his home around 9:30pm Monday for assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism, felonies, after he allegedly smashed a car window while the victim was in the car in the 500 block of Clearview Drive at 9:20pm on Sunday, police said.
DRUNK IN PUBLIC:
Dolores Marie Martinez, 26, of 30 Ortiz Ct. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police at Hazel Hawkins Hospital at 6:42pm on Monday for being drunk in public, police said. Police said Martinez went to the hospital because she felt sick, but really she was intoxicated.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
