DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:
Leonel Navarrete, 29, of Salinas, was arrested by Hollister police for driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, during a traffic stop in the 700 block of Fremont Way in Hollister at 12:44am on Sunday, police said.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE:
Ricardo Cobian, 28, of 41 Rustic St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police at his home for domestic violence and false imprisonment, felonies, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, after he allegedly punched a female in the face and wouldn’t let her out of her bedroom, police said. Cobian then locked himself in his bedroom and police had to force their way inside, police said.
