DRUG USE:

A 15-year-old Hollister male was arrested by Hollister police at Hazel Hawkins Hospital at 11:42pm on Sunday for being under the influence of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, after his family took him to the hospital because he was acting strange, police said.

FALSE IMPRISONMENT:

Pasqual Gonzales, 22, of 41 Rustic St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for false imprisonment, a felony, trespassing, assault and battery, all misdemeanors, in the 2600 block of Glenview Drive at 10:30pm on Monday, police said. Gonzales allegedly let himself into his 18-year-old ex-girlfriend’s home, wouldn’t let her leave her bedroom and then got in a fight with her father when her parents arrived home, police said.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE:

Thomas Floyd Dinkuhn, 28, of 510 Sixth St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police at his home on Sunday at 10:30am for domestic violence and false imprisonment, felonies, police said. Dinkuhn allegedly wouldn’t let a woman he has a relationship with leave the house, and put his hands over her mouth and nose like he was trying to suffocate her, police said.

ROBBERY:

Two males wearing nylon stockings robbed Round Table Pizza at knife-point at 11:57pm on Saturday and made off with an unidentified amount of cash from the register, police said. Two male employees were inside the restaurant counting money when the men entered, demanded the money and left, police said. Neither one was injured. One of the suspects was described as being 5 foot 7 inches tall, 185 pounds and wearing a black jacket. The other suspect is about 6 feet tall, thin build, clean shaven and was wearing a black jacket and blue jeans, police said.

All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
