Grand theft

A 2002 Dodge Ram was entered between 11 p.m. Thursday and 9:12 a.m. Friday in the 1400 block of Ghione Drive in Hollister, police said. A Global Positioning System, knife and vehicle jack worth about $850 were taken, police said. There are no suspects.

Burglary

A residence was entered between 7:50 p.m. Thursday and 10:50 a.m. Friday in the 1600 block of Citation Street in Hollister, police said. A computer worth about $2,500 was taken, police said. There are no suspects.

Vandalism

The window of a Chevrolet Cavalier was broken at about 5 a.m. Dec. 12 on Memorial Drive in Hollister, police said. There are no suspects.

A rock was thrown at a vehicle at about 5:20 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of Homestead Avenue in Hollister, police said. There are no suspects.

A fence near a bus barn was damaged at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of Monterey Street in Hollister, San Benito County sheriff’s deputies said. There are no suspects.

Threats

A man threatened a woman with stabbing and death at 10:30 p.m. Friday in Hollister, police said. Reports were sent to the San Benito County District Attorney’s Office, police said.

Driving under the influence

A 38-year-old San Jose man was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a single-vehicle crash at 8:28 p.m. Friday at a car wash on McCray Street in Hollister, police said.

A 24-year-old Hollister man was arrested by police on suspicion of evading a peace officer, resisting a peace officer and driving under the influence, all misdemeanors, after a traffic stop at 11 p.m. Friday on Fifth Street in Hollister, police said.

A 17-year-old Hollister boy was arrested by police on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a crash at 3:05 a.m. Saturday at Prune Street and Nash Road in Hollister, police said. There were no injuries.

A 25-year-old Hollister man was arrested by police on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after he was pulled over in a vehicle that matched the description of a hit-and-run suspect at 5:21 p.m. Saturday on Meridian Street in Hollister, police said.

A 22-year-old Hollister man was arrested by police on suspicion of driving under the influence and hit-and-run, both misdemeanors, after a crash at 2:32 a.m. Sunday on McCray Street in Hollister, police said.

A 57-year-old Hollister man was arrested by police on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a crash at 8:37 p.m. Sunday on McCray Street in Hollister, police said.

A 29-year-old Hollister man was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop at 3:21 a.m. Sunday on Highway 25 at Briggs Road, according to the CHP.

A 27-year-old Hollister woman was arrested by the CHP on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop on Highway 25 south of Briggs Road, according to the CHP.

A 23-year-old Salinas man was arrested by the CHP on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving without a valid license, both misdemeanors, after a traffic stop on Cole Road at Highway 101, according to the CHP.

A 54-year-old Hollister man was arrested by the CHP on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, both misdemeanors, after a traffic stop in the 400 block of Fourth Street in Hollister, according to the CHP.
