ARSON:
Unknown suspects burned a portable toilet, causing substantial damage, that was in stationed at Hawkins and Prune streets around 12:15am Wednesday, police said.
DRUG USE:
Carlos Orta, 38, of 841 Line St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for being under the influence of a controlled substance and giving false identification to police, misdemeanors, after officers were called to his home for a domestic disturbance at 11:12pm on Tuesday, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
