POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINES: Jerry Finuf, 36, of 1428 Sally St., Tiffany Jones, 20, of 1570 Hall Ave., and Taranda Terry, 22, of Hollister, were arrested by Hollister police for possession of methamphetamines at 700 Busby Court at 10:45 p.m. Monday.

THEFT: A 2001 KTM 300 dirt bike was stolen from the garage of Hollister resident Jamie Ball, who lives at 1401 El Toro Drive at 5:07 p.m. Monday.

GANG-RELATED SHOOTING: Hollister resident Jose Rosales, 26, of 250 San Juan Drive in Hollister, was shot in his right arm by what Hollister police believe is a 9 mm handgun, after he got in a confrontation with an unknown suspect at 1:50 a.m. Saturday. The suspect fired two shots into the garage where Rosales was watching television after the argument. Police believe both the victim and suspect are Nortenos; the gang unit is involved and an arrest is pending.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: Julio Coba Cabanas, 28, of 611 Seventh St., Apt. 29, in Gilroy, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit of .08, a misdemeanor, and driving without a license, a misdemeanor, while driving northbound on Highway 101, south of Highway 156 at 1:57 a.m. Monday.
