DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:

Lazaro Herrera, 27, of 6503 Fairview Rd. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, during a traffic stop in the 700 block of Sunnyslope Road at 11:46pm on Wednesday, police said.

All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
