Vehicle theft

A 1988 Chevrolet pickup truck parked in the 1100 block of Meridian Street in Hollister was stolen between 8pm Thursday and 1:45pm Friday, the Hollister Police Department said. There are no suspects.

A 1997 Chevrolet Silverado parked in the driveway of a home in the 100 block of Marne Drive in Hollister was stolen between 1pm and 10:15pm Sunday, police said. There are no suspects.

Burglary

A liquor store in the 800 block of San Benito Street had a rock thrown through its window at about 12:30am Monday, police said. Five boxes of Marlboro Red cigarettes were taken, worth $225, police said. There are no suspects.

Vandalism

Ten vehicles parked on Cerra Vista Drive in Hollister were vandalized with rocks between 5:30am and 6am Sunday, police said. Numerous windows were broken and car bodies were dented, police said. There are no suspects.

Arrests

Burglary

Justin Williams Roth, 26, of the 3600 block of San Juan-Hollister Road in Hollister, was arrested by the San Benito County Sheriff’s Office on suspicion burglary, a felony, after responding to a recycling yard in the 2400 block of San Juan-Hollister Road at 6:10pm Sunday, deputies said. Presidential Security guards had detained Roth, deputies said.

Possession of an illegal weapon

Jose Pedro Prado, 28, of the 1200 block of Monterey Street in Hollister, was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of possession of an illegal weapon, a felony, when he was found in the 200 block of Line Street in Hollister allegedly in possession of a knife and brass knuckles at 2:28am Sunday, police said.

Domestic violence

Jeffery Dean Trebler, 43, of Hollister, was arrested by police on suspicion of domestic violence, a felony, after police responded to a domestic disturbance in Hollister at 7:50pm, police said. Trebler allegedly pushed a woman, injuring her knee, and broke a door, police said.

Driving under the influence

Yesenia Rodriguez, 20, of the 1400 block of Freitas Road in San Juan Bautista, was arrested by police on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop at San Benito and Hawkins streets in Hollister at 2:12am Sunday, police said.

Mario Serna, 45, of the 1200 block of Rancho Drive in Hollister, was arrested by police on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Park Street in Hollister at 2:15am Sunday, police said.

Teodor Jaurequi, 39, of the first block of Rustic Street in Hollister, was arrested by police on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop in the first block of Rustic Street in Hollister at 7:24pm Sunday, police said.

Antonio Juarez, 21, of the 1200 block of Wilma Drive in Hollister, was arrested by police on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop in the 1200 block of San Felipe Road in Hollister at 11:09pm Sunday, police said.

David Antonio Holguin, 19, of the 200 block of Holland Circle in Hollister, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving without a license, both misdemeanors, after a traffic stop on Highway 25 north of Hudner Road at 4:11am Saturday, according to the CHP.

Geronimo Pasion De La Cruz, 24, of the 1000 block of West Street in Hollister, was arrested by the CHP on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving without a license and possession of an open container, all misdemeanors, after a traffic stop on Highway 25 south of Highway 156 at 1:50am Sunday, according to the CHP.

Guillermina Leah Flores, 31, of the 900 block of Prospect Avenue in Hollister, was arrested by the CHP on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop on Highway 25 south of Highway 156 at 3:08am Sunday, according to the CHP.

All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
