Grand theft
A generator was stolen from the back of a truck parked in the 1900 block of Valley View Road in Hollister between 3am and 4am Tuesday, the Hollister Police Department said. The generator was worth $1,400, police said. There are no suspects.
A generator was stolen from a trailer parked in the 2100 block of Burlwood Drive in Hollister between 8pm Tuesday and 6am Wednesday, police said. The generator was worth $2,500, police said. There are no suspects.
Residential burglary
A home in the 1200 block of Jan Avenue in Hollister was broken into between 9am and noon Wednesday, police said. A laptop computer worth $800 was taken, police said. There are no suspects.

Drug paraphernalia
Ashley Nicole Bent, 20, of the 1200 block of Hilltop Drive in Hollister, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on suspicion of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop at Santa Ana Road and Sally Street in Hollister at 12:30pm Thursday, according to the CHP.
Levi Edward Hancock, 27, of Hollister, was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Valley View Road in Hollister at 12:24am Thursday, police said.
Driving under the influence
Jeffrey Dean Trebler, 43, of Hollister, was arrested by the CHP on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop on westbound Highway 156 at Monterey Road in San Juan Bautista at 4:29am Thursday, according to the CHP.
Domestic violence
Randy Thomas Hammock, 47, of Hollister, was arrested by police on suspicion of domestic violence, a misdemeanor, and making threats, a felony, after officers responded to a Hollister residence at 9:40pm, police said. Hammock allegedly kicked a woman in the back of her leg, hit her with a pool cue and threatened to kill her, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
