Strong-arm robbery, San Benito Street

Police arrested a suspect on Tuesday for a robbery that took place at 4:56 p.m. Sept. 13. The report states that a victim was standing in line at 7-11 with items and a $100 bill in his hand. The suspect grabbed the bill and fled. It was unclear from the police report how the suspect was identified.

Drunk in public, Gonzalez Drive

Police responded Friday to reports of a man passed out on Gonzalez Drive at 10:30 pm. Police discovered that he had warrants for disorderly conduct and drunk in public. The disorderly conduct warrant was a result of the suspect, “peeking into buildings.”

Possession of deadly weapon, Sally Street

Police took a female suspect into custody Sunday after she was contacted at an address along the 100 block of Sally Street where she is not allowed due to a restraining order. She was carrying a tire iron, and the report states that she “intended to use as a weapon.” A subsequent search also turned up a pipe. She was booked into the county jail on charges of possession of a deadly weapon and possession of paraphernalia.
