Driving Under the Influence:

Steven James Gramlich, 46, of Paicines, was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, when we was stopped for a traffic violation on East Street at 1:15am Saturday, police said.

Eriberto Flores, 20, of the 600 block of El Camino Paraiso in Hollister, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, on a San Benito County Sheriff’s Office turnover at 1:15am Saturday, according to the CHP.

Battery and Assault:

Gina Churi Gross, 42, of Paicines, was arrested by the San Benito County Sheriff’s Office on suspicion of battery resulting in serious bodily injury, a felony, and assault with a deadly weapon, a felony, after she pushed a man down and broke his wrist at 7:30pm Saturday, deputies said. The man also showed deputies small holes in his arm where he said Gross had stabbed him with a fork, deputies said.

All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
