At midnight on Saturday, police reported someone tampering with
a vehicle on the 600 block of Gabriele Court. An unknown suspect
was caught on videotape trying to open the vehicle’s doors
unsuccessfully before walking away. The suspect is described as a
male with a gray sweatshirt, black pants and white shoes.
Tampering with vehicle, Gabriele Court

At midnight on Saturday, police reported someone tampering with a vehicle on the 600 block of Gabriele Court. An unknown suspect was caught on videotape trying to open the vehicle’s doors unsuccessfully before walking away. The suspect is described as a male with a gray sweatshirt, black pants and white shoes.

Trespassing, San Benito Street

Around midnight June 19 on the 600 block of San Benito Street, police responded to a report of a suspect disobeying a security guard’s request to leave the area, after an event at the Veterans Memorial Building. The suspect was asked to leave after a fight broke out but he refused to do so because he said his family was inside. The event’s security called police who responded at sent the juvenile home.

Battery, San Benito Street

Police responded to the 400 block of San Benito Street at 11:30 p.m. Saturday June 19 after a group of suspects started arguing with a security guard at The Vault. The four suspects weren’t allowed into the building because of an unidentified dress code violation. The suspects started arguing with the security guard and pushed him. Police arrested one juvenile suspect, who is believed to have pushed the security guard.

Battery, Fifth Street

Just after 2:30 a.m. Sunday, June 20, police responded to the 200 block of Fifth Street, when a fight broke out between two customers. A 26-year-old man punched a friend twice after he made an offensive comment toward other friends. The man who was punched told a 46-year-old relative who started yelling at the 26-year-old. Both were taken into custody.

Obstruction, Toro Plaza

At 7 p.m. Sunday, June 20, police found a wanted suspect who ran and fled through a house near the 900 block of Toro Plaza. Officers were in the area when they found the suspect. Police chased after him but the suspect ran through a house and escaped. The 23-year old Hollister resident was wanted for a previous felony allegation.

Disorderly Conduct, College Street

Just after 2 a.m. Monday, June 21, in the 300 block of College Street, police were in the area because of a vehicle collision when they found a man stumbling and unable to walk because of alcohol. The officers were looking for witnesses of the accident when the found the man stumbling on the sidewalk. The man slurred his words when question by police and was taken into custody.

Under the Influence, Hawkins Street

In the first block of Hawkins Street, during routine patrol through the area, officers found a 28-year-old woman who was showing signs of being under the influence at 3:30 a.m. Monday June 21. The woman was walking slowly on the streets, when officers passed. When she noticed the patrol car, she rushed to multiple houses and tried to get in. When officers reached her, she admitted to being under the influence. She was taken into custody.
