Trespassing, Sherwood Drive

At 3 p.m. Monday police responded to the 900 block of Sherwood Drive after receiving reports of two juvenile trespassers at a foreclosed home. Once there, they found evidence that the juveniles had forced entry into the garage, put graffiti on the walls and smoked marijuana. The juveniles had left the scene and no additional suspect information was available.

ARRESTS

Possession of a deadly weapon, Santa Anna Road

Police officers responding to a report of a verbal dispute at 4:09 p.m. Wednesday found that one of those involved in the dispute, a 47-year-old woman out of Morgan Hill, had a warrant for her arrest. She was transported to the county jail where a search of her purse revealed a switchblade.

Outstanding warrant, Margarite Drive

Sheriff’s deputies returned a stolen car to its rightful owner, but then arrested him when they learned he had an outstanding warrant. The 32-year-old man out of Hollister was taken into custody on at 7 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Margarite Drive.

Obstruction of an officer, Nash Road

Police responding to a disturbance call at an unknown time Saturday night found three people drinking in front of an unoccupied home. A female in the trio became belligerent, and then resisted arrest when officers attempted to cuff her. The 21-year-old Hollister woman was booked into the county jail.
