Assault With a Deadly Weapon
A woman was hit with sticks and boards at 7:52pm Wednesday in the 900 block of Apricot Lane in Hollister, the Hollister Police Department said. The victim suffered minor injuries but would not cooperate with officers, police said. Police believe the attack was gang-related. There are no suspects.
Burglary
A home was entered through a window at about 3:35pm Tuesday in the 1000 block of Caputo Court in Hollister, police said. Jewelry and stereo equipment worth $1,730 and $500, respectively, in cash was taken, police said. There are no suspects.

Domestic Violence
An 18-year-old Hollister man was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of domestic violence, a felony, after officers responded to a disturbance at 2:17pm Wednesday in Hollister, police said. The man hit and pushed a woman, police said.
Drug Sales and Robbery
An 18-year-old Hollister man was arrested by police on suspicion of robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, drug sales and threats, all felonies, after officers went to investigate a robbery at 2:22am Wednesday in the 1200 block of Rancho Drive in Hollister, police said. The man had beaten a 28-year-old man and taken his cell phone, police said. While being arrested, the man threatened officers, police said.
Burglary
An 18-year-old Hollister man was arrested by police on suspicion of burglary, a felony, and vandalism and assault, a misdemeanor, after responding to a call of a burglary at 10:22pm Tuesday at Safeway in Hollister, police said. The man had taken several items and assaulted a clerk when he left the store, police said.
