Use false citizenship paper, Monterey Street

At 8:45 p.m. on Sunday, a suspect used a false immigration card for work purposes on the 600 block of Monterey Street. The 46-year-old Hollister man was also driving without a license. He was arrested and book into the county jail.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS

Obtain credit, C Street

At 12:26 p.m. on Sunday on the 600 block of C Street, a victim reported to police that an unknown suspect used his information to rent an apartment in Arizona. Police said that the original identity theft occurred on Jan. 29, 2004. No suspect information was available.

Use ID with intent to defraud, Burlwood Drive

A victim reported to police that someone used his Social Security number to get a job and obtain wages on May 9, 2006. The incident was not reported until 12:30 p.m. on Thursday from the 2100 block of Burlwood Drive. No suspect information was available.

Misrepresent oneself, Hillcrest Road

Police received a report from a victim regarding his brother’s use of his information at 6:10 p.m. on Wednesday from the 900 block of Hillcrest Road. Police said that the victim’s brother used his information after being involved in a traffic accident in December 2008. The case was referred to the San Benito County District Attorney’s Office.

Violation of city codes, Aspen Circle

At 7:30 p.m. on March 15, a solicitor disturbed a residence on the 1200 block of Aspen Circle. The resident called police and told the solicitors they needed to have a license to solicit. The suspect was issued a citation for not having a permit to solicit.
