Auto theft

Thieves stole a Ford Focus parked on the street in front of a home in the 1500 block of Valley View Road in Hollister between 9pm Monday and 7:50am Tuesday, the Hollister Police Department said. There are no suspects.

Burglary

Burglars broke the passenger-side window of a vehicle in the first block of Fallon Road in Hollister between 9:30 and 11:30pm Feb. 28, police said. Burglars took stereo equipment worth $925, police said. There are no suspects.

Burglars broke into a Jeep Wrangler in the first block of Fallon Road in Hollister between 9:30 and 11:30pm Monday, police said. Burglars took stereo equipment worth $610, police said. There are no suspects.

Burglars entered an unlocked vehicle in the 1700 block of San Felipe Road in Hollister between noon Feb. 22 and noon Feb. 27, police said. Burglars took clothes, tools, video tapes and a fishing license worth $768, police said. There are no suspects.

Grand theft

Thieves entered a construction site in the 2600 block of San Juan Road in Hollister between 10pm Saturday and 5:30am Monday, police said. Thieves took equipment worth $1,110, police said. There are no suspects.

Arrests

Embezzlement

Enrique Torres, 29, of Hollister, and Shawna Leigh Dickson, 34, of Hollister, were arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of felony embezzlement, burglary and conspiracy in the 300 block of Gateway Drive at 11:34am Tuesday, police said. Dickson, a Tiffany Tow employee, allegedly took a vehicle and its pink slip from the business between 5:30pm March 8 and 8:30pm March 9, and sold it to Torres, police said.

Threats

Robert Thomas Funk, 18, of Hollister, was arrested by the San Benito County Sheriff’s Office on suspicion of two felony counts of threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, after he made several phone calls to a woman and a man threatening to shoot them and show up to the residence with friends in the 1200 block of Monterey Street in Hollister at 2pm Monday, deputies said.

All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
