Vandalism

Vandals slashed the tires of a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck in the 1200 block of Mesa Drive in Hollister between 10:45am Saturday and 10:20am Sunday, the Hollister Police Department said. There are no suspects.

Vandals spray painted gang graffiti at Sacred Heart School on College Street in Hollister at about 10am Monday, police said. There are no suspects.

Vandals broke two windows and dented the body of a 2000 Honda Civic in the 1700 block of Cushman Street in Hollister between 11:45pm Saturday and 1:08am Sunday, police said. There are no suspects.

Grand theft

Thieves stole a spool of cable and a spool of wire from the Wastewater Treatment Facility in the 1300 block of South Street in Hollister between March 9 at 5pm and Monday at 1:30pm, police said. The cable was worth $1,000 and the wire was worth $1,700, police said. There are no suspects.

Auto theft

Thieves stole a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban from the driveway of a home in the 1200 block of Westside Boulevard in Hollister between 8pm Monday and 6:45am Tuesday, police said.

Arrests

Drunken driving

Karen Raby, 53, of the 1500 block of Alta Vista Way in Hollister, was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after officers stopped her from driving northbound in the southbound lane in the 1700 block of Airline Highway in Hollister at 7:44pm Monday, police said.

Dale Arthur Mueller, 55, of Folsom, Calif., was arrested by police on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop on East Street at Sixth Street in Hollister at 9:55pm Monday, police said.

Under the influence of drugs

Thomas John Lambert, 29, of Hollister, was arrested by the San Benito County Sheriff’s Office on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, both misdemeanors, after deputies responded to a disturbance at the Fairview Mobile Manor on Fairview Road in Hollister at 9:20am Tuesday, deputies said. Upon searching Lambert, deputies found a methamphetamine smoking pipe, they said.

All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
