Drug Sales:

Chase Williams Rogers, 22, of Hollister, was arrested by police on suspicion of possession of drugs with intent to sell, a felony; possession of drugs with a loaded firearm, a felony; carrying a loaded firearm in a public place, a felony; and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, in the 700 block of West Street at 11:34pm Saturday, police said. Police contacted Rogers on an “occupied vehicle” stop, and saw several rounds of ammunition in the vehicle, police said. Upon further inspection police found 17 grams of methamphetamines along with small bags for sale and a gun, police said.

Domestic Violence:

Heriberto Gonzalez, 25, of Hollister, was arrested by police on suspicion of domestic violence, a felony, after responding to a 9-1-1 call, police said. Gonzalez allegedly grabbed a woman, threw her against a wall, threw her on the ground and punched her several times in the head leaving a large bump, police said.

All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
