Offensive words, Brittany Circle

At 4:52 p.m. on Saturday on the 800 block of Brittany Circle, a 59-year-old male parolee was told he was being moved from a sober house to a halfway house. Upon hearing this from the manager of the sober house, the suspect didn’t like the news and threatened to knock out the manager. The manager placed the suspect under citizen’s arrest. Police arrested the man for disturbing the peace and was booked into the county jail.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS

Battery, Sunset Drive

At 2:55 a.m. Sunday, a victim was found intoxicated with facial injuries on the 1400 block of Sunset Drive. The victim couldn’t remember what happened, only that he had been hit in the face. No suspect information was available.

Burglary, Sierra Court

An unknown suspect broke out the window of a car and took clothing, sunglasses and paperwork at 5:30 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of East Street. No suspect information was available.

Battery with serious bodily injury, San Juan Road

Police were dispatched to a large party, perhaps involving 25 people, at the 1400 block of San Juan Road at 2:20 a.m. on Saturday. Upon arrival on the scene, some of the subjects ran from the scene in a vehicle. Police stopped the vehicle and found the victim of the battery with head injuries. The victim was uncooperative about what had occurred at the scene with police. No suspect information was available.

Trespassing, Clearview Drive

At 2:20 p.m. Friday, the owner of a house on the 600 block of Clearview Drive reported seeing an unknown suspect in the backyard of his residence. He checked the house and reported that nothing was missing. No suspect information was available.

Second degree burglary, Third Street

Around midnight Thursday, an unknown suspect broke into a parcel drop box on the 300 block of Third Street. The suspect stole car repair equipment inside the drop box. No suspect information was available.
