About 1 p.m. Sunday, a passenger in the backseat of a mid-1990s Honda with tinted windows, fired a gun at a rival gang member, police said. Three to four others were in the vehicle, which was last seen heading onto southbound U.S. 101 from Leavesley Road.

The shooter is described as a Hispanic man in his late teens to early 20s, wearing a red shirt and a red and black baseball cap.

The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Burger King restaurant at 450 Leavesley Road.
