Two males robbed the Rabobank in Hollister at around 11 a.m., according to police.

The robbery was reported at about 11 a.m. Monday at Rabobank, 491 Tres Pinos Road, in the Kmart shopping center. Two males entered the bank wearing masks – one holding a semiautomatic firearm – and demanded money, said Hollister police Capt. David Westrick.

The suspects left the parking lot on Tres Pinos Road in an older Honda car, Westrick said.

Nobody was injured in the robbery, while Westrick said investigators are talking to witnesses to determine whether the second suspect also possessed any weapons.

Westrick said police sent information on the suspects to area law enforcement agencies, while the bank is closed as investigators process the scene.

Westrick said it has been “years” since the most recent bank robbery in Hollister.
