Gilroy on Tuesday, June 24, at the age of 56.

Rachel Elizabeth Regalado Gomez passed away at her home in Gilroy on Tuesday, June 24, at the age of 56.
She is survived by her children George Regalado Jr. and Bernadette Regalado both of Gilroy, Denise Cocio of Elk Grove, Calif., and Roslyn Regalado of Santa Clara; her brothers and sisters Mary Gomez Valenzuela, Romaldo Gomez Jr., Frances Chavez, Carol Gomez, Rojelio Gomez, Rose Gomez-Colon, Michael Gomez, Richard Gomez, Ruben Gomez, Bert Gomez, Fernie Gomez and her identical twin Romelia Possa; her grandchildren George Jason Regalado and Kiahni Coleman, both of Gilroy and Sarina Cocio of Elk Grove. She was preceded in death by her brother Raul Gomez; and twin grandsons Gabriel Julian and Jacob John Silva.
Gomez is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
An evening service will be held tonight at 7 p.m. at Gilroy Presbyterian Church. The funeral service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at the church with burial following at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of Habing Family Funeral Home in Gilroy.
The family would appreciate donations to the Family Worship Center, San Martin, in her memory.
