Former Hollister resident Rebecca T. Garcia died Tuesday, March 25, 2003 in Fresno. She was 77.
Mrs. Garcia had lived in Hollister for 42 years and was retired after working for Gilroy Foods for 20 years.
She is survived by her children, Manuel Garcia of Hollister, Joe Garcia and Josie Sims, both of Fresno, Raul Garcia of Phoenix, Ariz., Carlos Garcia of Vacaville, Ruben Garcia of San Jose and Celia Delgadello of Oceanside; two sisters, three brothers and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Garcia, and her sons, Robert and Rocky Garcia.
Memorial services have been held in Fresno. Memorials are preferred to the American Heart Association, 1995 W. Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA 93711, or the American Diabetes Association, 55 Shaw Ave No. 105, Clovis, CA 93612.
