Roberto H. Correa, 62, of Hollister, following a long illness, died peacefully at Stanford Hospital on May 6, 2009. He was surrounded by his family who will miss him dearly. He was born on November 27, 1946 in Zacatecas, Mexico; the son of Catarino Correa and Consuelo Haro Correa. He was one of 15 siblings, seven of whom reside in Hollister, CA. Robert was a foreman for Bertuccio Farms in Hollister for many years. He was always happiest spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and working in his vegetable garden. He is predeceased by his brother Arthur Correa and brother-in-law Ronnie Villegas. Survivors include his mother Consuelo H. Correa, father Catarino Correa, children Robert Jr. (Guillermina), Albert (Laura Rodriguez), and Debbie Loza (Steve), grandchildren Philip, Darren, Deja, Rachel, Angel, Stefanie, Clinton and Nathan; brothers Tony (Rosie), Javier, Catarino Jr., Mario (Janice) and Jesse; sisters Lupe, Delia, Elida (Bobby) and Esperanza (Henry), and many beloved nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Friday, May 15th at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Church 5th & College Sts., Hollister, with a pot-luck reception to follow at 3041 Lemmon Ct., Hollister.Visit: www.grunnagle.com for condolences.
