Robert Marshall Gonzalez died Friday, Jan. 2. He was 64.
He died suddenly in Gilroy where he had lived all his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Freida Gonzales, his son Mark Gonzalez and his brother Larry Gonzales.
He is survived by his daughter Raquel Gonzalez; four grandchildren Taylor and Tanner Gonzalez of San Jose, Andrae Martinez and Clarissa Tomasetti of Gilroy; and his goddaughter Lisa Arrellano. He is also survived by seven brothers and sisters, Eddie Gonzales of San Jose, George and Richard Gonzales of Gilroy, Adeline Padilla of Morgan Hill, Dolores Bravo of Auburn, Jeanette (Net) Grisby and Mitie Gonzales of Gilroy.
Graveside services will be held at noon Friday, Jan. 9 at St. Mary’s Cemetery. A reception will follow at Raquel’s home, 9100 Avezan Way, Gilroy.
Arrangements are under the direction of Habing Family Funeral Home in Gilroy.
