Roberta Louise Ruhland, 90 of Hilo, Hawaii died on Monday, February 16, 2009 at her residence. She was born on October 8, 1918 in Vermillion, South Dakota. A celebration of her life was held on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at Hale Kahakai in Hilo.
