Passed away in Gilroy at the age of 81. She was born in Oxnard, CA and lived in Hollister nearly all of her life. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church and worked in the local cannery for over 40 years. She was also a member of The Teamsters Union Local 890.

She is survived by her sons, Art and Angie Gaeta of Hollister and Theordore Gaeta of Gilroy, her sisters, Ruby Zamora of Hollister, Rosie Sandoval of Atwater and Ruth Larkin of Modesto. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Bernardo Jaurigue, Charles Jaurigue, Reynaldo Jaurigue, Salvador Jaurigue and Raul Jaurigue. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Marcus Gaeta, Lana Buckles, Vincent Gaeta, Michael Gaeta and Nicholas Gaeta.

Friends can pay their respects on Thursday, May 28, 2009 from 9:00 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. A procession will leave the funeral home at 10:30 A.M. for a Mass at St. Benedict’s Church that will begin at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday. Interment will follow the Mass at Calvary Cemetery.
