Ronald Eugene Kistler, formerly of Hollister, died Friday, Sept. 26, at Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Durham, N.C. He was 46.
Kistler was an Army veteran.
A graveside service was held Monday, Sept. 29 in Evergreen Baptist Church cemetery in Autryville, N.C.
He is survived by a son from a previous marriage, Ronald; his current wife Helen of Russellville, Ark.; their sons George and Raymond; their daughter Heather; mother Geraldine S. Kistler of Autryville; brother George Kistler; and sisters Barbara Taylor of Clayton, N.C. and Debra Merritt of Autryville.
Burial was conducted by Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro, N.C.
