Baler center Kelsey Robledo draws a foul against Fremont Thursday. San Benito was eliminated from the CCS playoffs Saturday by Wilcox.

Two days after the boys basketball team was eliminated from the Central Coast Section tournament, the team was rewarded for its season-long success by the Tri-County Athletic League.

Six Balers were given postseason awards, the league announced Friday.

Jordan Belton and Hyram Miskin were placed on the First Team All-TCAL. Belton led the Balers with a little more than 15 points per game. In the team’s biggest games this year, Belton was superb. The senior scored 33 points in the Balers’ CCS quarterfinal game last week and scored a game-high 15 points Wednesday.

Miskin, who is a sophomore, was deadly from 3-point range. The Baler led the league in 3-point shooting with 59 baskets from long range.

San Benito Starters Isaiah Acfalle and Jacob Tonascia were awarded Second Team All-TCAL.

Acfalle averaged 11 points per game in his senior season. Tonascia averaged nearly 6.5 points per game.

Point guard Brian Becerra was recognized for his defense, with a selection in the TCAL All Defensive Team.
