The San Benito girls soccer team played to a 2-2 tie with Salinas on Wednesday.

The tie brings the Balers’ record to 4-3-3 and 1-0-1 in league.

San Benito continues the league season when it travels to Gilroy at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Boys soccer

San Benito won its first league game of the season Tuesday, beating North Salinas 2-1.

The win improves the Balers overall record to 2-3-3.

San Benito hosts Salinas at 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

AHS boys soccer

Anzar lost its second straight league game Wednesday by a 6-0 score.

So for during the league season, Anzar has been outscored 12-0.

The Hawks travel to Stevenson at 3:30 p.m. Friday.
