Ruth Ann Beelaard passed away peacefully on Monday, February 1, 2010 at the age of 60. Ruth was a beloved mother of two, Nicole and Andrew along with son and daughter-in-law Michael and Sarah. She is survived by her children, her parents Andrew “Joe” Zazueta and Frances Castro, and her siblings Drew and Jim Zazueta.

A lifetime resident of Hollister, Ruth was known by many for her work at Bolado Park, Bank of America, and San Benito Bank. Ruth Ann was also a popular member of the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and Italian Catholic Federation. Ruth was an amazing woman; always putting the needs of her friends and family ahead of her own. She always had time to listen or lend a hand to anyone in need. She will be missed by all those blessed enough to have known her.

Friends are invited to the services celebrating her life on Wednesday, February 10th starting at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church 5th & College Streets, Hollister and concluding at San Juan Bautista District Cemetery. A reception in her honor will follow at Bolado Park at approximately 1 p.m.
