Santa C. Vasquez Flores died in Gilroy on Feb. 13. She was 47 years old.
She was born in San Luis Acatlan, Guerrero, Mexico and had been a resident of Hollister since moving to the area from Acapulco eight years ago. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church and worked in the nursery business.
She is survived by her daughter, Ramona Martinez of Hollister; and her sisters, Rufina Flores of Acapulco, Enedina Galdez Vazquez of Acapulco and Refugia Galdez Vasquez of Acapulco.
A Rosary and vigil will be held at 7pm on Wednesday, Feb. 16 at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home.
Friends can pay their respects on Wednesday afternoon and evening at the funeral home chapel. Mass and interment will be in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico.
