The annual Hollister Independence Rally is set for July 1-3 in downtown Hollister and will feature thousands of bikes lining the streets, entertainment acts and a variety of merchants selling biker goods and event merchandise. Some of the highlights include the Denver Choppers Bike Show on Friday and the Corbin Bike Show on Saturday. Friday
Vendors:
The vendors are open downtown from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Harley demo rides:
Harley-Davidson is making it to this year’s rally. The No. 1 motorcycle company in the world will host demo rides from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Sixth and East streets.
Bike competition:
The Denver Choppers Bike Competition will be held 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Veterans Building
Soloist:
Soloist Mike Baker will perform at the Veterans Memorial Building from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Straight Up Harley-Davidson motorcycle stunt show is set for 11:45 a.m. at Seventh and West streets.
Globe of Death:
Monty Perlin’s Globe of Death show is set for 1:45 p.m. at Seventh and West streets.
Zepparella:
From 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., San Francisco Bay Area-based Zepparella explores their own improvised magic within the framework of Zeppelin’s mighty songs! All band members participate in both vocals and instrumentation, according to the rally promoter’s website.

Journey Revisited:
From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the main stage, this Journey tribute gand will rock the crowd. According to the promoter’s description, Journey got their start in the San Francisco Bay area and has recorded nearly two dozen albums with hit songs like “Don’t Stop Believing” and “Wheel in the Sky”. This band will play many of those memorable hits.

Monty Perlin’s Globe of Death show is set for 8 p.m. at Seventh and West streets.
Saturday
Pancake breakfast:
The all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast at the Hollister United Methodist Church, Fifth and Monterey streets, is set for 7:30 a.m. to noon.
Vendors:
The vendors are open downtown from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
