Elisa, daughter of Dan and Mary Ann Sanidad of Morgan Hill, attended Notre Dame High School, San Jose BSN and Seattle University. She is a trauma nurse at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
Ryan, son of Tom and Diane Shannon of Lapeer, Mich., attended West High School in Lapeer, Mich. He is a former Army Ranger and works as a property inspector with Express Realty Services.
The couple plan a Nov. 1, 2014 wedding at Lovers Point Park in Monterey.
Lausten/Hauskens
Carrie Lausten and Brad Hauskens are engaged to be married.
Carrie, daughter of Janie Lausten of Tres Pinos and Charlie Martin of Hollister and the late Lee Vera, graduated from San Benito High School in 2001 and Chico State in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies. She is a teacher in Willows at Walden Academy.
Brad, son of Mark Hauskens of Chico and DeAnna Yoder of Tucson, Ariz., graduated from Chico High School in 1996 and Cal Poly SLO in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in physics. He works in construction for Sunseri Associates Inc.
The couple have planned an early summer wedding near Chico.
