Texting and emailing on cell phones increases the risk of tension and pain in the hands, arms and neck.

The San Benito County Sheriff’s Office is warning residents of a large Internal Revenue Service phone scam going on since March.
According to an announcement from the sheriff’s office, the cases of fraud involve phone calls in which people are told they owe money to the IRS and must pay using a pre-paid debit card or wire transfer.
The sheriff’s office provided a flier from the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration that is included at left, or concerned residents can call (831) 636-4080.
